Coastal Zone Management Decision Meeting

St. Thomas CZM Committee Decision Meetings are scheduled. This meeting will be held via the video conferencing platform Zoom.

1). SBV155 Spring LLC has requested permission to pledge and assign Major CZM Permit Nos. CZT-124-86(L), CZT-4-94(L) and CZT-6-99(W) to First Bank Puerto Rico.

2). Neal K. Henderson Revocable Trust has requested permission to assign and transfer Major CZM Permit No. CZT-6-14(W) to Alliance Point Enterprise LLC.

Please note that these are Decision Meetings; therefore, there will be no public testimony heard.
