V.I. Carnival Committee (VICC) has scheduled the 2019 Queen, Prince and Princess presentations event launch. The 2019 theme is “Hollywood/Vegas Show Princess. The public is invited to come out and support V.I. Carnival history. Other Carnival “royal activities” will include the Official Prince and Princess photo shoot at 8 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 16, at Crown Bay.
