CCZP0022-26: Stonehouse Junction, LLC requesting a rezoning from W-2 (Waterfront-Industrial) to B-2 (Business-Secondary/Neighborhood) for Parcel No. 1 Estate Mt. Welcome, Eastend Quarter “A”, St. Croix.  The purpose of the request is to allow development of a hotel and supporting commercial space.

Virtual public hearing log-in information will be provided upon registering, by sending an email to leia.laplace@dpnr.vi.gov with the subject line “CCZP0022-26 virtual hearing registration.” File also available electronically by sending request to leia.laplace@dpnr.vi.gov, with subject line “CCZP0022-26 electronic file request.”
