PUBLIC NOTICE OF GOVERNING BOARD DECISION MEETINGS

 Pursuant to V.I. CODE ANN. tit. 1, § 254, as amended, notice is hereby given that decision meetings are scheduled to be held on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 9:00 AM to consider matters related to the Economic Development Authority and the Economic Development Commission.

Interested individuals may attend the meeting via Zoom. Advance registration is required for each attendee.

Please be advised that the Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority Board of Directors and its subsidiary boards may enter executive session at any time during the meetings, in accordance with 1 V.I.C. § 254.
