Two Bodies Found in Burnt Vehicle on St. Croix

The Virgin Islands Criminal Investigation Bureau is actively investigating an incident involving two deceased individuals discovered in a burnt vehicle near the former Good Hope School in Frederiksted, St. Croix, the V.I. Police Department announced.

VIPD was notified on Friday at around 5:08 p.m., according to the police report.

The VIPD CIB, Forensic Unit, and the Emergency Medical and Fire Services are currently working at the scene. The identities of the deceased are currently unknown, pending the medical examiner’s findings, the report stated.
