District Court Marshal to Hold Public Sale to Highest Bidder

In compliance with a writ of execution issued out of the District Court of the Virgin Islands, the District Court marshal will sell at public sale to the highest and best bidder at the Office of the U.S. Marshal at the U.S. Courthouse and Federal Building at St. Thomas, Ron de Lugo Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse, 5500 Veterans Drive, Suite 260, at 10 a.m., Monday, July 1. the following property:

Parcel No. 260-54 Estate Anna’s Retreat, No. 1 New Quarter, St Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands.

This judicial sale will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of 5 VIC 484 et seq. Ten percent (10%) or more of the purchase price must be deposited with the Marshal no later than the close of the business day on the date of sale or 4 p.m., whichever is earlier. The balance must be paid within 30 days.

In the event that the successful bidder fails to pay the balance within 30 days, the deposit will be forfeited and applied towards satisfaction of the judgment for which the property is being sold or information on bidding procedures, contact the Marshal’s Office on:
