Rolston Edward Davis, also known as “Biggs,” died on June 6, at the age of 76.
Biggs was born in Golden Grove, Antigua. He moved to St Croix in the 60s.
He was married to Iris (Linda) for over 30 years, who preceded him in death last year. He worked as a mason, at Martin Marietta and Hovensa for many years before retiring.
Biggs is survived by his daughter, Denise Davis Bell of Bronx, N.Y.; stepchildren: Clarence (Joseph), Myrtle and Yvette Weekes of Los Angeles, Calif.; grandchildren: Daniel, Kendra, Leonard Jr., Rayce and Shiloh; son-in-law, Raymond Bell; sisters: Evelyn, Isilma and Petrunella; brothers: Winston (Steadroy) and Joseph (Papa); sister-in-law, Donna Davis; nieces: Debbie and Isilma; nephews: David and Brethzen; and special thanks go to Jean, Gloria and Ford for their years of help and friendship to Biggs. Other relatives and friends are too numerous to mention.
Family and friends are invited to a funeral service at Divine Funeral Chapel on Tuesday, July 2. The viewing will be held at 10 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m.
