     NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Petition for Probate has been filed on behalf of the Estate of Nelly Agnes Christebell Joseph Weston, deceased. Naomi Weston has been appointed Administrator of the Estate.
     All persons having claims against the Estate are required to present claims against the Estate within six months from the date of this notice, verified by Affidavit, to the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands, Division of St. Croix, or to Charlotte Sheldon, Esq., Attorney for the Estate of Nelly Agnes Christebell Joseph Weston, at the following address: 5030 Anchor Way, Ste. 13, Christiansted, VI  00820.
     All persons indebted to the Estate shall make payment promptly to the undersigned.
