USVI Soccer Association’s Senior Women Preparing for Road to Gold Cup

 

The U.S. Virgin Islands Soccer Association’s Senior Lady Eagles Team has been preparing for a new and exciting CONCACAF Tournament. CONCACAF W Gold Cup will be the region’s premier competition for women’s senior national teams. The inaugural competition will be played between Feb. 17 and March 10, 2024, in the United States.  To get to the W Gold Cup, CONCACAF member associations are currently participating in the group qualifier stages, Road to the W Gold Cup.

The 35 CONCACAF Member Associations participating were split into three leagues according to their Women’s Ranking as of March 2023 and then sub-divided into groups. Based on USVI ranking (25th) the Senior Lady Eagles will participate in League C – Group C; along with Grenada (31st) and Bahamas (36th).

Wednesday, October 25, 2023 (A) – Grenada vs U.S. Virgin Islands

Sunday, October 29, 2023 (H) – U.S. Virgin Islands vs Bahamas

Wednesday, November 29, 2023 (A) – Bahamas vs U.S. Virgin Islands

Sunday, December 3, 2023 (H) – U.S. Virgin Islands vs Grenada

All Home (H) Matches are scheduled to be played at the Bethlehem Soccer Complex.  Ticket pricing and locations will be announced soon.
