WAPA Customer Service and Al Cohen Offices to Close Early on Thursday, April 13.

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority (WAPA) advises the public that the Port of Sale customer service and Al Cohen offices located on St. Thomas will close at noon on Thursday, April 13, due to the UberSoca Cruise’s Jouvert road closures in the area.

While the Port of Sale Customer Service Offices are closed for the remainder of Thursday, the WAPA will not be performing disconnects related to unpaid bills on Thursday, April 13. Disconnections for unpaid bills will resume on Monday, April 17.

Customers can continue to process their transactions through the following ways:

  • Call: 774-3552 or 773-2250

o For Automatic Bill Pay – Select Option 3

  • Pay online:

o Visit www.viwapa.vi and click on the “Pay Your Bill Online” button

  • Make payments at FirstBank, Banco Popular and Bank of St. Croix branches
