Submit Tips and Help Crime Stoppers Find Missing Persons

A 19-year-old male from St. Croix, who was last seen in Dec. 2013, is still missing, the V.I. Police Department reported.

Angel Joel Ventura, 19, was last seen on Dec. 29, 2013, after going for a walk in the area of Williams Delight Housing, according to the Crime Stoppers report.

According to his family, his absence is unusual and out of character, and they believe he was a victim of foul play.

Ventura is 5’8, 160lbs, slim build, with brown skin and shoulder-length brown dreadlocks. He was last seen wearing khaki short pants, a black t-shirt with black Jordan slippers, and a black stocking cap.

A 36-year-old woman who was last seen in March is still missing, according to the V.I. Police Department.

Mikerlange Damier, 36, of St. Thomas, was last seen on March 14 in Anna’s Retreat. However, there was a possible sighting of Damier in Palm Passage on March 17, according to the Crime Stoppers report.

Damier is a Black female, 5’5, 170lbs, and was born in Haiti. She was last seen in a gray hoodie, dark pants, and a bonnet on her head.
