Roy Howard Stout died on Aug. 27 at his home on St. Thomas, USVI.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Alma Zelda Harrigan-Henley and Orlando Stout; brothers: William Henley, Evelyn and Elvin Stout; and sisters: Edris Villegas and Retinella Todman.
He is survived by his wife Noreen E. Stout; children: Monique, Michele and Roy Stout II (Owanna); grandchildren: Fitz II and Malik St. Rose, Monet Petersen, Michael Murphy and Zari Elise Rose Stout. brothers: James Henley (Carole), Elmore (Geranium), Leando, and Melvin (Lavern) Stout; sisters: Juliet George (Calhern) and Retaliah O’Neal; aunt, Constance Connor; brothers-in-law: Carl Todman and Leal Stridiron; sisters-in-law: Delma Bibby and Calma Blyden; as well as many other relatives and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend services on, at 11 a.m., Thursday, Sept. 15, at the Celestial Chapel of Dan Hurley Home for Funerals and Cremation. The interment will be at Western Cemetery No. 2.
Arrangements are under the care of Dan Hurley Home for Funerals and Cremation Centers of St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix.
