Stabbing on Christiansted Boardwalk Under Investigation

On Jan. 13, at 7:38 p.m., the 911 Emergency Call Center dispatched Virgin Islands Police Department officers to the Christiansted Boardwalk on St. Croix after receiving a report of an alleged stabbing.

Officers traveled to the area and found a 31-year-old male victim who received multiple stab wounds to the body. The victim and witnesses reported that three suspects attacked the victim and then fled the area. The victim was transported to the Juan Francisco Luis Hospital & Medical Center, where he was treated and released.
