Estate Frydendahl Man Charged with Domestic-Violence Assault

The V.I. Police on Sunday arrested police arrested Emile Ronaldo Lake, age 41 of Frydendahl, charging him with third-degree assault/domestic violence.

According to police, the arrest took place at 3:30 a.m. Jan. 31.

The victim, whose name was not released by the police in accordance with department policy, told officers that Lake physically assaulted her while holding her minor child.

Bail was not offered to Lake, in accordance with the territory’s domestic violence laws. Lake was turned over to the custody of the Bureau of Corrections, pending his advice of rights hearing.
