Monique Marie Nibbs Farrington died on July 30.
The viewing will be held at 9 a.m. followed by a service at 10 a.m., Thursday, Aug. 13, at Turnbull’s Funeral and Crematory Services.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Elaine Sibilly Colon; and her nephew, Rique Ashby.
Monique is survived by his mother, Olga M. Colon-Meyers; father, Austin Nibbs; daughters: Shereka Penn and Jahilyah Farrington; sons: Jerome Donovan, Jahleel and Tahfarie Farrington; grandsons: Akim, A’Kori and A’Kairi Blyden, and K’Jahry Farrington; sister, Lisa Nibbs; nieces: Rinesa Ashby, Ashlee Henry, Nia Roberts, Caliah Charleswell and C’Aylah Charleswell; nephew, Eric Lee Jr.; great-nieces: J’elle Penn, Jada Penn and Rae’Monet Ashby; great-nephew, Jai Samuel; and aunts: Priscilla Lawrence, Nilda Colon-Millin, Marcia Colon-Hodge and Maria Colon-Bastian.
She is also survived by great-aunts: Clely E. Berry and Carmen N. Sibilly; godmother, Monique Sibilly-Hodge; and cousins: Laura Power Lowry, Glenn Lawrence, Leslie Millin Jr., Lynn Millin, Laney Millin, Nicole Roberts and LuAnne Roberts, Donna Harrigan, Dale Bastian-Gordon, Dariel Bastian-Hendricks, Dawn Bastian, Deidre-Ann (Missy) Varlack, Evelyn and Viviane Lowry, Kasai, and Kaisan Millin, Marlena Olivia-Lynn Lowe, Thomas Gordon, Trey Gordon, Racquel Toussaint, Elrod Hendricks III and Maliah Bastian.
