The VIPD is asking for the community’s assistance in locating 37-year- old John Allen, who is wanted in connection with several larcenies that occurred from 2019 to May 2020 throughout the island of St. Thomas.
Allen is a Caucasian male standing 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighing approximately 160 pounds.
Police urged anyone who knows Allen’s whereabouts to call 911, the Criminal Investigation Bureau at 340-714-9800 or Crime Stoppers USVI at 1-800-222-8477
