STT Man Charged with Breaking Car Window in Domestic Assault

The V.I. Police Department at 11:50 a.m. Monday arrested Calvin Henry, a 44-year-old resident of Estate Thomas, and charged him in what officers said was a domestic assault.

According to police he is charged him with third-degree assault/domestic violence.

The VIPD news release said Henry admitted to throwing a brick at the victim’s vehicle, shattering the driver side window. The victim received minor injuries in the incident.

Henry was not offered bail, as per the territory’s domestic violence statutes. He was turned over to the custody of the Bureau of Corrections pending his Advice of Rights hearing.
