Crime of the Week: Crime Stoppers USVI Seeks Closure on Homicides

The anonymous tip service, Crime Stoppers USVI, is offering a $10,000 reward for tips that bring closure and lead to the arrest of any homicide suspect.

– On Saturday, August 31, 2019, a man identified as Randy Stickle, a resident of Ohio, was shot multiple times about his body and succumbed to his injuries. The incident occurred in the Golden Rock area of St. Croix and the V.I. Police Department Criminal Investigations Bureau is seeking anyone that has information or knows the suspects in this case to please call Crime Stoppers USVI 1-800-222-8477.

At about 10:16 p.m. November 24, 2014, police units were dispatched to a report of “shots fired” near the vicinity of the Estate Humbug pump station. While officers were canvassing the area they found an unresponsive black male lying on the ground. The individual was later identified as 24 year old Trevor Adrian Pamphile.

At approximately 6:10 p.m. July 26, 2017, the 911 call center received a call of shots fired in the area of 7th Street, Sugar Estate, on St. Thomas. Police officers traveled to the area and discovered the lifeless body of Jason Eustache, who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
