Gunmen Rob Man in Savan

Three masked, armed men robbed a man Tuesday morning in front of his Savan area home, the V.I. Police Department reported.

According to police, the victim – who was not identified – was retrieving tools from his vehicle at about 6:33 a.m. Tuesday when three unknown males, dressed in black with masks over their faces and had what appeared to be firearms, approached him and demanded that he give them everything he had. The suspects took the victim’s money and fled the area in an unknown direction, police said.

Police urged anyone with any information regarding this crime to contact 911, the Criminal Investigation Bureau at 340-774-2211 or Crime Stoppers USVI at 1-800-222-8477.
