The V.I. Department of Public Works will be working on a Palm Tree Installation between 8 p.m. and 4 a.m. (night work) from Monday, Sept. 30 through Friday, Oct. 4, at Route 30 East Edward Wilmot, St. Thomas.
No right turns allowed when traversing from west to east at the Lucinda Millin Home Traffic Light intersection during project hours.
Local through traffic will be permitted for residents in the Paul M. Pearson Garden Apartments only.
