Padecia E. Penn, 71, of St. Thomas, USVI, died on Friday, July 5, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in Hamilton, N.J.
The first viewing will be held at 9 a.m. followed by a service at 10 a.m., Friday, July 12, at Apostolic Faith Church. Interment will be at Eastern Cemetery, Smith Bay.
She is predeceased by her husband, Clyde F. Penn Sr.; and daughter, Desiree Penn.
She is survived by her daughter, Darlene Penn of Duquesne, Penn.; son, Clyde F. Penn Jr. and his wife, Irish of East Windsor; grandchildren: Ijah, Paiyton, Xavier and Cornell Penn, Javion and Jailin Clifford, and Alexis Demetrius and Miracle “Bri-Bri” Penn.
