Emanuel Defoe, aka “Mano,” passed away on July 8. He was 71 years old.
He is survived by daughter, Windy Defoe; grandchildren, Jacoy Kentish, Jahmesha Kentish, Jah’zara Serrano, Jahlaysia Defoe, Jah’zanel Johnson, Jahsai Johnson; great- grandchildren, Kay’Maris Belardo, Kay’zyra Belardo; sisters, Theresa Defoe Gussie, Juliana Angele, Annie Baron, Judith Defoe, Prisca Victorine; nieces, Heather Francis, Kathleen Gussie, Jashema Polydore, Makysha William, Sherell Richards, Debbie Defoe, Sherine Defoe, Brenda Defoe, Miriam Polydore, Janay William; nephews, Alton Gussie, Andy Gussie, Alvin Gussie, Hudson Defoe, Hudson Polydore, Robbie Defoe, Mannon Defoe, Akeel Polydore, Joel William; brother-in-law; Derance Gussie; sister-in-law; Angelica Defoe; special friends, John Hilaira, Rosie Pemberton and Family, Thelma Jameson, Maureen Magloire and precious friends and other relatives too numerous to mention.
Funeral service will be held on Aug. 9, at Bethel Seventh Day Adventist Williams Delight. Viewing begins at 9 am, with service at 10 a.m. Interment will be held at Kingshill Cemetery.
