ALERT: 12,000 Experiencing Electrical Service Interruption

Randolph E. Harley Power Plant on St. Thomas

Approximately 11,700 customers on five St. Thomas and St. John feeders are experiencing an electrical service interruption as a result of a tripped generating unit at the Randolph Harley Power Plant. Customers on Feeders 7A, 7B, 8A, 8B and 9C are affected. Plant personnel are working to restart the tripped unit and restore service to the affected customers.
