UPDATE: The V.I. Police Department reported Monday that missing 11-year-old Kylon Wilson Forbes, who had been the subject of a police search, was found Monday morning.
According to police, Kylon was found behind his residence sleeping in a family member’s car. He was reported to be in healthy condition.
The VIPD Police Commissioner Delroy Richards and Crime Stoppers VI Laurie Dunton thanked the community for their efforts and those who shared the story on social media platforms.
The boy, who was described by police as “nonverbal autistic,” had last been seen around 7 to 7:30 p.m. Sunday in the Hidden Valley area of Annas Retreat on St. Thomas.
