Mildred Maria Sille died on Jan. 5.
A viewing will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 16, at Turnbull’s Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 17, at St. Peter and Paul Cathedral. Interment will follow at Western Cemetery No. 1.
She is survived by daughters: Valarie Jackson, Rita Leerdam and Verlyn Leerdam; sons: Raymond and Kelvin (Juanie) Leerdam and George Leerdam III; stepdaughter: Louisa (Boopie) Leerdam and Lynell Leerdam; daughter-in-law, Diana Leerdam; brother, Harry Edwards; grandchildren: “Tunky” Jude Sr., Michael Leerdam, Monica, Mariska and Marisha Smith, Mario “Reggie” Smith Jr., Bernadette “Bonnie” Hughes, George Leerdam IV, Monique, Tiffany, Kelvin “Papi” and Raymond Leerdam; 18 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and nieces: Medora Martin Granville, Sylvia Farrow and Leova Harris; nephew. Ralph Herbert.
