A 12-year-old male was arrested Monday and charged with first-degree aggravated rape, the V.I. Police Department reported.
The arrest took place at about 10:20 p.m. after the boy was identified as the individual who performed inappropriate oral sexual contact with a female minor.
No bail was set. By order of the court and he was released into the custody of his parents.
