Mary Catherine Jacob Dies in Florida

Mary Catherine Jacob died on Aug. 11 in Jacksonville, Fla. She was 74 years old.
She is preceded in death by: Pancratiaus George (brother), Nicholina Julien (sister) David George (nephew) and Kenneth Smith Jr. (nephew).
She is survived by her husband, Julian Jacob; son, Maximus Paul; daughter-in-law, Rolanda Paul; granddaughters: Natasha, Tabitha and Incecia; grandsons: Nicholas, Jared and Jalen; brothers: Henry, Cyril, Peter, Ignatius and Andrew George; sisters: Delice Dornelly, Josephine Philips, Mary Joseph and Calixta Loctor; sisters-in-law: Sherryl Claudette George, Agatha George, Mary George and Christina George; brothers-in-law: Patrick Loctor and George Philips; and nephews: Sylvanus George, Johnny George, Chris George, Christo George, Cyril George Jr., Zephaniah George, Joshua George, Nathan George, Alvin George, Ariel George, Andrew George Jr., Andrew George Jr., Andreas George, Andree George, Murrey Dornelly, Alvin George, Jardy Boyde, Kim Joseph, Kishon Joseph and Kevon Loctor.
She is also survived by nieces: Sabrina George, Sharon George, Donna George, Shanda George, Sandra Baptiste, Jacqueline Romar, Joanne Robinson, Janice George, Urslin Gustave, Marcia Alphonse, Chrislyn Bridges, Charlene George, Andria George, Asha George, Patricia Collins, Sharon Dornelly, Alphea McClean, Kinnsha Joseph and Kerisha Loctor; special friend, Darwin Freeman; and other friends and relatives too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing held at 8 a.m. and a funeral service at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 31, at Emmanuel Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Eastern Cemetery.
