Man Robbed and Vehicle Stolen

Police on St. Croix are looking for two men who robbed a man in Gallows Bay and stole his car early Saturday morning.

According to the V.I. Police Department, the robbery took place just after midnight Saturday. Police said two suspects, with their faces covered and one showing a handgun, approached a man and demanded his cell phone and the keys to his car.

The suspects fled the area in the victim’s vehicle, a white Honda Civic, license plate number CEI 001.

The victim said the armed suspect was tall and slim and wore a gray hoodie. He did not give a description of the second suspect.

Police issued an all points bulletin on the vehicle. The case is being followed by detectives of the Criminal Investigation Bureau.
