Three Arrested on St. Thomas and St. John

St. Thomas police arrested 25-year-old Tevon Browne Jr. and charged him with destruction of property domestic violence after a witness identified him as the person who allegedly threw rocks at the car of a person he was intimately involved with. The incident occurred June 20 and Scatliffe was arrested on July 4 at about 3 p.m. while Sanguillen was arrested July 2.

Both suspects were held on $35,000 bail and remanded to the custody of the Bureau of Corrections pending further court action.
