St. Thomas police arrested 25-year-old Tevon Browne Jr. and charged him with destruction of property domestic violence after a witness identified him as the person who allegedly threw rocks at the car of a person he was intimately involved with. The incident occurred in Estate Anna’s Retreat Tuesday and he was arrested the same day at about 9 p.m. His bail was denied due to the domestic violence law and he was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending further court action.
Police also arrested Kibo Scatliffe, 33, and Harry Sanguillen, 21, after they were positively identified as the persons who allegedly removed seven televisions from the Westin Resort on St. John. The incident occurred June 20 and Scatliffe was arrested on July 4 at about 3 p.m. while Sanguillen was arrested July 2.
Both suspects were held on $35,000 bail and remanded to the custody of the Bureau of Corrections pending further court action.
