Elvin L. A. Mills died on Oct. 1, at Roy Schneider Medical Center. HE was 22 years old.
He is survived by his mother, Hayley Mills Nisbett; father, Glenroy Nisbet; brothers: Taj Mills and Jameson Nisbett; aunts: Elizabeth Condell, Geneva Maynard, Vida Nisbett-Benn and Rubeille Jean; uncles: Samuel “Shorty” Paul, Leroy, Vincent, Kendell and Trevor Mills, Hester Rawlins, Lionel Nisbett and Claren Nisbett; as well as many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
Funeral services are pending.
