Lloyd Sylvester Georges, also known as "Georges" or "Campbre," of JFK Terrace died on Sept. 10, at his residence. He was 78 years old.
He is survived by his daughter, Yvonne Georges; son, Raymond Georges also known as “Ralcibou;” grandchildren: Sofiya and Raeiesha Georges; adopted granddaughter: Shaneka Donavan; great-grandchildren: Jahnigh and Jagnigha Gonsalves; sisters: Doreen Georges, Daisy Georges and Claudette Georges; brother, Neville Georges; aunts: Louise Campbell-Jensen, Elesa Campbell, Ada Barnes-Bascombe Somme, Orienta Nesbitt and Gwen Weeks-Dulin; uncle, Egbert Weeks; special friends: Lorraine “Debbie” Cartier and the Thomas family (Food Truck by Wapa); as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A funeral service will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 4, at Friedensthal Moravian Church.
