Bill No. 29-0027 – An Act Title 3, V.I.C., chapter 22, relation to the duties of the state historic preservation officer; Title 29, Chapter 27, subchapter 111, to enact the Virgin Islands Historic Properties Preservation and Rehabilitation Act; Title 33, V.I.C., chapter 111 to establish a historic preservation commission fund; and Title 33, V.I.C., chapter 85, accordingly
Bill No. 29-0029 – An Act amending Title 33, V.I.C., chapter 111, to establish the Veterans Funeral Expense and Burial Revolving Fund
Bill No. 29-0032 – An Act increasing the administrative fine for physicians who intentionally or negligently fail to comply with the provision of chapter 65 of Title 22, V.I.C.
Bill No. 29-0035 –An Act authorizing the executive branch to enter into a memorandum of understanding with the US. Department of homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection and the Transportation Security Administration to obtain information concerning firearms or other dangerous weapons, substances and items which have been declared by passengers entering into the territory
Bill No 29-0036 – An Act creating the Electronic Medical Records Act, providing for the maintenance and use of electronic medical records clarifying individual rights with respect to the disclosure of information contained in electronic medical records and clarifying the protection of privacy of electronic medical records
Bill No. 29-0039 – An Act amending Title 13, V.I.C., chapter 1, section 62, relating to the number of directors of a corporation
Bill No. 29-0072 – An Act appropriating $300,000 to the Department of Public Works for construction of a vendor’s plaza on St John

Bill No 29-0031 – An Act amending Title 18, V.I.C., chapter 13, section 263, restoring the right of felons to vote
Bill No. 29-0081 – An Act amending Title 20, V.I.C., section 425, to increase motor vehicle surcharge to $3.75 and to use soe of the revenues generated from the increases surcharge for the completion of certain capital projects at the completion of the specified projects, the monies collected shall be equally distributed between the V.I. Education Initiative Fund and the Education Maintenance Fund
Bill No. 29-0082 – An Act establishing the “Hotel Development Act of 2011”
