Lee Francis, a 35-year-old resident of Hidden Valley, was arrested Wednesday and charged with attempted burglary, according to the V.I. Police Department.
According to the police report, Francis was arrested at 8:40 a.m. Wednesday after a female victim identified him as the person who attempted to burglarize her Estate Tutu residence.
Bail was set at $25,000, and he was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending further court action.
