V.I. Cycling Federation Will Name Season Champions

The Virgin Islands Cycling Federation will host its final race of the season – the VI National Championship Race – on Sunday, Sept. 13. After a long racing season from January to September, the 2009 champions in each of the four divisions will be announced. The races will begin at 7 a.m., at Rust Op Twist on the North Shore Road, St. Croix.
