Homegrown Candidates

Dear Source:

Governor deJongh's nominees to the "Board" are very qualified individuals. I have high praise for him in identifying individuals to serve who are knowledgeable and highly qualified. The days of having to go outside the Territory for qualified individuals are surely coming to an end. I truly hope that our pool of knowledgeable individuals will be tapped for other positions and that they will truly be willing to serve.
