Rotary Club of St. Thomas to Install New Board

June 26, 2007 – The Rotary Club of St. Thomas will install its 50th board of directors at noon, on Thursday, June 28, at L'Escargot in Sub Base.
Outgoing President Paul Doumeng, general manager of Bolongo Resorts, will install incoming President Janette Millin Young, public relations director at Innovative.
The installation will kick off a yearlong celebration including a 50th anniversary gala on Oct. 13, at which Rotary representatives from throughout the world are expected.
Other board members to be installed Thursday are: Roger White as president-elect, Marston Winkles as secretary, Debs Crolley as treasurer, George Blackhall as sergeant-at-arms, Yegin Habtes as vocational service director, Sue Boland as club service director, Jean-Paul Coopee as community service director and Wein Dimetros as international service director. Other directors include Paul Doumeng as immediate past president and Jim Tunick as the club's foundation president.
The Rotary Club meets at 12:30 p.m., at the Room With A View Restaurant at Bluebeard's Castle every week. Guests are welcome. Club meetings will resume at the regular time and place next week.
