East End Water Expansion Project

Jan. 12, 2004 – Senator Celestino A. White, Sr. is happy to announce a giant step forward for residents of Tutu Valley and Bovoni.
"For many years, my staff and I have worked closely with the staff at WAPA and the residents of Tutu Valley and Bovoni to bring potable water to their areas. Our efforts are now being realized," according to Senator White.
Currently, contractors are laying the infrastructure work that will allow potable water to flow freely through Tutu Valley and Bovoni. It is expected that work on both of these potable water expansion projects will be completed by October 2004.
"My commitment remains unwavering to have potable water service extended to all outlying areas," stated Senator White.
"I thank the residents of Tutu Valley and Bovoni for their years of patience. It is my hope that there will be no further delay, and soon all residents of these areas will see water, water, every where and so much to drink," stated Senator White.
In conclusion, Senator White, for the 5Oth time, is urging WAPA and the Department of Public Works to patch up their differences and deliver potable water to Estate Nadir home owners, as promised.
