Dec. 15, 2003 – The University of the Virgin Islands Bulletin Board issued today has these announcements:
Dec. 18 is Deadline for Returning Students to Pay Spring Tuition-Fees

Thursday, Dec. 18, is the last day for UVI students to pay tuition and fees for the spring 2004 semester. Spring semester classes begin on Jan. 10. For more information contact the registrar's office at 693-1160 on St. Thomas or 692-4158 on St. Croix.
Seeking Volunteer Cooks for Afternoon on the Green 2004
UVI's Afternoon on the Green Committee is seeking volunteer cooks for the March 14 event. Afternoon on the Green — UVI's annual food, family and fun "friendraiser" — features food based on recipes from around the world. Volunteers are asked to donate a cooked dish, samples of which will be sold at the event. Members of the UVI family are encouraged to contribute a cooked dish and to have their families and friends contribute cooked dishes also. To volunteer, call the institutional advancement office at 693-1040. Proceeds from Afternoon on the Green are used to help fund programs and services for UVI students and faculty.
St. Thomas Campus Student Orientation Schedule for Spring 2004 Posted
The St. Thomas campus student orientation schedule for the spring 2004 semester is now available on the UVI home page (see link below). Spring classes are scheduled to begin on Jan. 10.
