The Governor expressed his disappointment with Delegate Donna Christensen. He should be disappointed with himself and the people around him. The federal government needs to come to the Virgin Islands and take over until the Virgin Islands gets uncorrupted.
Most of the people that moved to the Main Land, I think that they would move back home, because there is no place like home!
