It's hard to believe that something positive is actually going to happen on St. Croix. This is just the sort of thing that today's travelers look for. Riding a bike on St. Croix is currently like attempting suicide. I would love to see this become a reality and I would hope that the community will pull together to make it happen. Until then I'll hold my breath.
