SHOW CAUSE HEARING POSTPONED

April 10, 2003 – A show cause hearing called for by the Economic Development Commission on EDC beneficiary Medical Air Services has, for the second time, been postponed.
The first hearing was scheduled for March 26, and was postponed. The hearing was again scheduled for April 16. Notice was again given by Frank Schulterbrandt, chief executive officer, of the Economic Development Commission, on April 10, that the hearing was postponed until further notice.
The hearing will be held, however, according to an EDC official. The April hearing was postponed at the request of the attorney for Medical Air Services.
