Detectives from the Criminal Investigation Bureau on Thursday issued wanted posters for Obala Joseph and Brandon Nisbett.
Detectives said the pair is wanted for an attempted murder that took place almost two years ago, on Oct. 7, 2011, in Bethlehem Village.
Brandon Nisbett, also known as “Fire,” is 27 years old, stands 5 feet, 8 inches tall, and weighs about 150 pounds. He has a dark brown complexion, brown eyes, shoulder-length locks and a sparse mustache. He has a tattoo on his right thumb that says “Thug Life.” According to police, Nisbett frequents Lorraine Village, Mutual Homes apartments and Estate Grove Place.
Obala Joseph, also known as “Bala,” is 31 years old. He is 5 feet, 9 inches tall, and weighs 165 pounds. He has a dark brown complexion and brown eyes. He wears his hair in locks and he has a light mustache and goatee. He has a tattoo on his left forearm that says “Syndicate.” Joseph frequents the Walter I. M. Hodge Pavilion, Harrigan Court and the Frederiksted town area.
Detectives are asking the community’s help in locating Joseph and Nisbett. Anyone with information can contact detectives at 1-340-712-6077 or 1-340-712-6037, the 911 emergency call center, or the anonymous tip service Crime Stoppers USVI at 1-800-222-8477.
Police added the caution that anyone harboring Joseph or Nisbett or withholding information about their location can face criminal charges.
