James Levi Smith Dead at 86

Oct. 17, 2007 – James Levi Smith of Estate Upper Love died on Oct. 13, at Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital.
He is survived by his wife, Florita Smith; daughters: Marilyn Roberson, Anita Smith-Xavier and Arleen Smith; sons: Lorenzo Hodge, and Karl, James and Vernon Smith; grandchildren: Marieline, Franklyn, Mario, Darin, Michael, Letitia, Omar, Arnold, Annette, Alysia, Albert Jr., Ashley, Jerome, Jasmine, Janice, Jamilia, Janelle, Kylah, Kyle, Kai, Jamie, Jovon, Jermaine, Jelani, Kadejah and Vernon Jr.; and six great-grandchildren. He is also survived by sister, Matilda Hodge; brother: Thomas Smith; special friends: Camelita London, Ritchie, Mr. and Mrs. Bryan, and Anette Kent, as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing held from 10-11 a.m., on Friday, Oct. 26, at Central Seventh-day Adventist Church. A funeral service will follow at 11 a.m., at the church. Interment will be in the Kingshill Cemetery.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted to James Memorial Funeral Home Inc.
