Along with CAPA, the Virgin Island Peace Clergy and the East End Association, The Smithbay Action Foundation (SBAF) will host a Peace Rally. Due to the rise in crime and murders in the territory, the organizations are asking the community to join them in a night of prayer and solidarity against crime and violence. They are asking family and friends to take part in the rally.
