Innovative’s Business Offices on St. Croix, St. Thomas and St. John will be closed on Saturday, Sept. 15. The change in schedule will allow the company to seamlessly convert to the new billing and operating system.
Innovative Business Offices provide customer care for Innovative Telephone, Innovative Cable TV, Innovative long Distance and innovative PowerNet. The Innovative Business Offices are located at Estate Diamond on St. Croix; Tutu Park Mall on St. Thomas and Starfish Market Place on St. John.
Innovative’s Wireless Retail Stores, located at Estate Diamond and the Innovative Wireless Kiosk at Plaza Extra West on St. Croix and Tutu Park Mall and the Nisky on St. Thomas, will be open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Customers may experience some wait time during transactions due to the pending conversion.
Customers may encounter slight delays this week as the preparation for the full conversion begins on Thursday, Sept. 13.
All of the offices will resume normal business operations on Monday, Sept. 17.
For cable TV or phone repairs, Innovative customers calling form landlines should dial 912. Customers using wireless phones can reach the repair center at 778-1742. Please have available the telephone number, account number, address, description of problem and brief directions. For assistance, Innovative PowerNet customers should call 714-3700. Innovative customers may also report a service problem online by logging on to www.innovativevi.net, clicking on “Contact Us” button at the top right of the home page and selecting “Repair Center” as the subject in the “Submit An Inquiry” section.
