The family and friends of Claudet Hamilton

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Claudet V. Hamilton on March 15, 2026 in Houston, Texas. Claudet was born April 6, 1950 on the Island of Montserrat and lived on the Island of St. Croix for more than 40 years.

She was proceeded in death by her ex-husband James Hamilton and her daughter Ruthlyn Hamilton.

She is survived by her children, Inez, James Jr. Stedmond and Gloria Hamilton, brothers Samuel, Rolston, Kingsley and Franklyn Jones and her sister Barbra Jones and numerous other friends and relatives on St. Croix and the USA.

She lived a life dedicated to faith and family. A farewell ceremony will be held on Saturday April 4 at Truth Church 910 Old Atascocita Rd., Huffman, TX 77336
