Stepdaughters: Shawna L. and Kishma S. Francis

Stepsons: Charles (Charlo) Frazer III and Jermaine E. John

Adopted Sons: Ricky Lewis, Antonio (Pumpkin) Lewis, and Jean Karlos Carrion.

Brothers: Kenneth Brown and John Williams

Sisters: Coreen Brown and Jacqueline (Jackie) Williams

Brothers – in – law: Alfred A. Turner and Leonard B. Francis, Jr.

Sisters-in-law: Suka Williams, Eleanor Thomson, and Karen Rabsatt

Granddaughters: Rielle Cameron, Chamika and Halima Frazer, Makeba Dorival, Caissa-Victoria and Cemi-Leila John

Grandsons: Jโ€™Shawn Hodge, Jacoy and Ari Frazer, Jordan E. John, and Mehkai Francis

Leroy was preceded in death by his grandfather, Joseph (Jose) Monsanto, mother Olphelina Monsanto Williams, father Fenwick Edwards, Sr. and brothers Myron Williams, Louis and Liston Edwards, Fenwick Edwards, Jr., and Arthur Brown III, and sisters Lydia Brown and Carol Williams, nephew John Turbe and cousins Vance and Errol Monsanto.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend first viewing on Thursday, Jan. 9, 2025, at Celestial Chapel of Dan Hurley Home for Funerals 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Friday, Jan. 10 at Frederick Lutheran Church. Viewing begins at 9:00am with service to follow at 10:00am. Interment Eastern Cemetery.
