DPNR Changes Boating Registration on St. Thomas Schedule

The Department of Planning and Natural Resources advises the public that effective Monday, Sept. 16, boating registration on St. Thomas will be available in-office only from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays. The department strongly encourages the public to use its online services at any time for renewals, new vessel registrations, anchoring permits and mooring registrations.
