Over 100 Spent Casings Found After Shots Fired in Cane Bay, No Reported Injuries

Police officers responded to multiple shots fired near the Landing Beach Resort on St. Croix Sunday, the V.I. Police Department reported.

When officers arrived on scene, they found over 100 spent casings of various calibers and several abandoned vehicles with multiple bullet holes, according to the police report.

There were no calls or reports of injured persons, and no one sought medical assistance at
Governor Juan F. Luis Hospital, the police report stated.

No suspect is in custody and this matter remains under investigation, the report stated.
