Congratulations to Eduardo Garcia, a member of the V.I. National Team, on his outstanding achievement in the half marathon. During the half marathon in Istanbul, Turkey, Garcia demonstrated remarkable skill and determination, securing an impressive 29th place finish out of a field of 3736 athletes. Notably, he set a new V.I. National record with an outstanding time of 1 hour 3 minutes and 53 seconds.
Garcia is currently aiming to represent the Virgin Islands in the marathon in the upcoming Olympic Games that will be held this August in Paris, France.
